We accept digital scans from most major intraoral scanners.
Download our fillable PDF laboratory order form, complete all required details, and save the completed form. Then email the saved order form together with your digital scans to:
Book a Pick-Up
We accept traditional impression cases from dental practices across NSW.
To book a courier pick-up:
Download and complete our laboratory order form.
Securely pack your impressions and case materials, and have them ready for collection by our preferred courier.
Complete and submit the Pick-Up Booking Form below.
Online booking cut-off times:
Morning collection: Book by 10:30 am
Afternoon collection: Book by 3:30 pm
Please note: A $16.50 courier call-out fee will be passed on to your practice if the case is not ready when the courier arrives.
